To OP: You can learn a lot from looking more closely to your error log. This one was easy to spot.
Your error: #0 /blah/blah/domain.com/recipesnew.php(119): PDO->__construct('mysql:host=;dbn...', NULL, NULL, Array)
See how host= is empty...
