100% Agree with you Grisey.
And I said the same - if it's really earning that money on auto pilot it's a nice site. Regrow your revenue and traffic and you'll get your price.
But you cant expect to get top $$ for a site that's flawed with the "potential" (that's the sellers own words above) that the traffic comes back.
Would anyone pay that kind of price for something black balled by google? I've had sites like that where traffic has dried up to basically not existent.
And as far as Xhamster, they went the same route as Porn Hub, webmaster embedd program gone. No transfers, no new accounts. I went back and forth with them in email. So 1/4 of the revenue stream dies there. And the other programs for embed traffic (Supported by WP-script) are much much less lucrative. And that would require deleting all the videos and pages and importing new ones you get paid for.
This would have been buy and hope for me. And if it worked out allowing the seller to keep the Xham revenues would have worked for him as well.
