It does not has any positive impact in SEO rankings.
It raises your domain's spam and toxic score to rocket high.
it can lead to penalty and lose of rankings.
I asked OP and he told it is not google redirect spam "links".
Op should be banned for such kind of spam "links" for negative SEO.
DON'T do that on your sites - unless you want to lose rankings.
