But what did you mean when write this "I would build a cam aggregator, register the user on my end, and api them to whichever cam site they wanted to watch.

Does it mean that user should give his mail two times (at "my cam aggregator" to I take his mail and at an Cam offer for potential payout to me)? Or is it done in some other way?
Or there is an opportunity to register users at my side (for collect emails) and sent the data of registration to CRM of a Cam Offer? Then user just get mail link from the Cam Service for accept his registration. If yes, tell me - give hint -
