If you can collect emails in your own CRM and then API the user to the target site, they only have to enter their email once. I suggest this for media buying specifically because a lot of cam sites won't s2s postback properly on registrations vs confirms vs spend etc, and when you are buying a lot of media you need a consistent metric to measure your clicks with. It's just an idea, you can also just go nuts on exoclick RON with a direct link to live models and no tracking and see if you make any money.
