Yep, most of these scripts have importers, among them Buran ( Buran CMS - Adult Tube CMS), TubeAce ( https://tubeace.com/), Izix ( https://izix.site/), not to mention the more reputable Mechbunny ( https://www.mechbunny.com/) and KVS ( https://www.kernel-video-sharing.com/), which aren't WP-based.
