If your PC gets hacked the only safe malware removal is to reinstall and update. Same goes for a website. Same goes for a website running Wordpress.
1. Consider whether you really need Wordpress; if so reinstall and update.
2. Consider whether you really need/can trust the plugins; if so install and update.
3. Hope it's a while before the next inevitable hack.
If there are settings to autoupdate WP and/or the scripts, turn it on. Make sure your admin area is secure, and your hosting account for that matter.
