I don't care about that.
I wanted to try this to stop having to dispose of pans of oil.
Now I get the same result but only spray a little oil on the chicken.
I can get rid of the "vat" of used grease in my kitchen.
I made sausage, hash browns and egg over-easy for breakfast and the clean up is just to wipe baskets with a paper towel.
No grease splatter on the stove and floor like using a frying pan.
