Might make some, all pastrami is a smoked brisket. I have a smoker. I'm going to start eating suff that know what's in it. I know how to make mayo and BBQ sauce, cheese sauce etc.... I'll learn to make mustard.
I had read it's best not to eat 'oils' and other stuff not possible to make before the industrial revolution.
Cold pressed oils. No hydrangized stuff etc...
There is a bakery in Fillmore that grinds heritage flour from small farms if I feel like making bread or pasta.
