Well first of all the app is called VIVID, not VIVIDI. Also its a neobank that is operating under the license of solaris bank, which is well known for closing all and any accounts it deems anyhow difficult.
If they open for you without EEA residence then be prepared for them to close the account at any time but most likely fast. Also there are pretty strict limits on the volume, so if you move more than a few thousands per month it will not work for you, and even if you only need some thousands it will most likely not work for long.
