Did you email them about it? If they don't process payouts till about 2-3 days later it may have been Monday when it was done, due to the weekend (and/or Christmas parties
), in which case it may appear in your bank in the next day or two. I wouldn't worry about the emails, they can be unreliable.
If it doesn't show up by this weekend, and you haven't already emailed them, email them.
You could also log into your account and see what your limit is to make a daily withdrawal, if you have that feature, which should indicate if the amount you had was processed or not.
