What you are doing here is basing your arguments on media articles. Most media is biased toward one side or another which is why I don't use any to support any of mine. We could go back and forth all day pasting articles from experts supporting our arguments and it wouldn't change anything.
What I try to do is just look at the stats and go from there.
The stats are now telling us that it's the vaccinated (with the unvaxxed too) who are spreading the virus and it's spreading much faster due to the variant. Many outbreaks all over North America occurred where vaccine passports existed, meaning it was ONLY the vaccinated who are spreading it, and spreading it fast too. The GM of the Toronto Raptors (NBA) just got his booster and recently got covid along with 3 other high profile executives, who were also boosted.
So it doesn't seem to me that vaccinated individuals slow the spread.
And 2, shutting the unvaccinated out of society won't stop them from getting covid. They will just gather at work or in people's homes and get it there. Most people don't get it at the movies or at restaurants etc...
So it won't stop the hospitals from being overrun - if they ever were in the first place. As a matter of fact many countries closed field hospitals that were erected to take on extra covid patients because they were never used.
Here in Ontario 90% of people 12 and up are vaccinated. If they work the way you say they do (and maybe they do) then why would we need a passport? Those 10% are not going to fill the hospitals on their own if they weren't full when nobody was vaccinated.
