What you feel is disorientated- brain is foggy - you find it difficult to speak or concentrate and your balance is off among other things like dizziness. If Marc was alone or in other situations - especially in Thailand where they don't exactly have a fast response time with an ambulance the coma would set in.

omg that's so sad..... with your knowledge/experience, how long do those "windows of opportunity" last? also, would those patches you stick on your arm help to have identified a possibly lethal situation was brewing?
