Would you place a wager that I can't reach 6.4%?
I've run nearly 20 marathons in the past 3 years and have a low 40s resting heart rate.

In body's are about as accurate as asking a tree what your BF % is.

The store manager of whatever store you did that in can calibrate that however they want. The whole sales pitch from In Body to supplement store companies is "calibrate this at your will to increase your sales!" Want to drive up sales of fat burners that don't work? Calibrate it in a way that shows way more BF.
Good for you, but you're definitely not 6% - ESPECIALLY if you run that much. 6% isn't something you brag about or that would make you capable of running 20 marathons. 6% is "fuck, I feel like absolute shit, let's get this bodybuilding show over with so I can eat". Guys who step on the Olympia stage MIGHT be around 6% the week before the show, then 5.5% or so day of, then eat as much as possible afterwards to get back to 8-9%. But what do I know, I just train with Big Ramy's coach once a month or so.
If it isn't a DEXA scan or autopsy, it's not accurate. Maybe learn what you're talking about before running your mouth, and maybe who you're talking to and what their background is.
