Non Vaccinated could not go to restaurants and some big shows.
They could go to The Bay, Canadian Tire, Walmart, Dollarama and so on .... You just lie .
But if they had balls, they would do it .... It would keep unvaccinated OUT of the hospitals, allowing my friend to have his hip surgery ( waiting for 18+ months ) and for another getting her cancer treated ....
