1. install link gopher on firefox

2. hit filter if you are a wordpress like me type in "category"
3. login to bing under submit urls paste in urls and hit submit
3. i would do it once per month per site
im testing not posting sitemaps. i tried the bings wp plugin and they limited my site to 10 urls per day. LOL be safe!!!
