Whomever talked him out of getting vaccinated, those that spread their misinformation and vile hate for their countries and community as they attempt to do as much harm as possible to individuals should be held accountable. There is no report of him blaming his death on anyone (or your so called "misinformation"). He was an adult who knew the risks with having preexisting conditions. He chose to live free & take the risk of not vaccinating. Same as someone with lung cancer who continues to smoke. I agree as a high risk person, should have gotten the vaccine, but hey, my opinion on his health choices means nothing, nor does yours or anyone's, that was for him to decide.
