Lay your case out to a lawyer over the phone and if they want to handle the case "pro-bono" then you better believe you have a strong case.
I have spoken to 3 lawyers in my life; all over the phone.
1 told me I had no case. He told me the truth I already knew.
2 took my case pro bono and wrote me a check 2 years later.
You can win the case and never have to go to trial or do a deposition.
Just depends.
Pro bono lawyer takes 33% of settlement; but they are working for their own money;not just taking your money and taking a nap on your case.
Pro bono lawyer gets no money if you lose your case.
