For the ad networks - which ones? I know AdSpyGlass will rotate them, but how many are you actually signed up for? Which ones? All of them? Do you use AdSpyGlass and have you noticed a difference/increase in revenue using it?
For Smartlinks, are they actual links? Or what ad format are they generally? As in, how would I implement them into my tube site? Familiar with banners/popups/popunders, but not so much smart links.
