Aren't most 'live' TV productions?
Back in the day a buddy of mine worked on the arsenio hall show. Frank sinatro was a guest.
Frank laid the song out live to be played back later for the audience. Then the director said OK Frank let's do one more just for coverage.
Frank said no and walked off stage lol
