Pretty weird how the 'developing' world is light years ahead of the West on this; nobody gives a shit about people who are trans, in the good sense: they're just a normal accepted part of life and families and have been for decades. Zero fucks.
Pretty sure these are also countries where nobody has a fucking two year long tantrum about having to wear a mask to prevent the spread of a deadly pandemic. Again it's just no big deal.
In the modern, advanced, progressive West OTOH everything, for dumbos on every side, is about 'muh rights', and not just about treating people with common decency and having some common fucking sense.
People with so little to worry about they fret about pronouns or what's on the door of a room where people piss and shit, or use their time on Earth to make photoshops about a company that is so evil you can barely make up anything worse than the reality.

The solution is to separate or classify sports or athletes on factors other than sex/gender.
