5.4. You acknowledge and agree that Adsterra may adjust the balance in your Account if there is
5.4.1. a chargeback received from an Advertiser for previously paid actions;
5.4.2. a refund requested by an Advertiser;
5.4.3. a non-paid invoice by an Advertiser;
