Did you know, that maybe the most powerful character in the lore Tom Bombadil did not even had a part in the Jackson films?
Did u know, that the Elves did not come and help in the battle of Helm's Deep and Haldir did't die there?
Did you know that Glorfindel saved Frodo from the Nazgūl, not Arwen? And that his role is pretty important and was just ignored in the films? Also Arwen was a very small side character in the books and was blow up to a main role in the movies.
Did you know that there is no eye from Sauron on the tower? Tolkien always mean it in a metaphoric way. Jackson just made it for the movies.
Did you know that there where A LOT of more battles all over middleearth in the time of the LOTR movies? Sure they can't be all in the movies (just cause of time), but we also did't get any informations about the actual situation in the world.
Did you know that Legolas was not a fighter who always did some crazy funny stunts like we saw multiple times in the movies?
Did you know that Sarumans troops have occupied the Shire and the Hobbits did not return to a friendly home sweet home?
Did you know there was no fight between Gandalf and Saruman in the tower?
Did you know Faramir's character was changed very hard in the movies?
Did you know that Frodo is fukn 50 years old? He don't had the ring before, so why he looks so young in the movies?

So if you hate adjustments of lore and facts in the books, then start fucking hate the Jackson movies too or stfu with your negativity. Just ignore the series and read the books.
