I hope not! (most of my sites are in the 5000-8000 range)
Personally, I'd scrap the toolbar if it wasn't a free way of killing annoying pop-ups. (I'll post a message about what people are using to do that in a moment)
Mine tells me GFY is rated 840... not bad.
