Bad situation. Maybe cut off money for citizens could force people to join Russian army. Or galvanize the Russian people against the silicon valley run government that runs the rest of the world.
Why silicon valley government not punish USA for occupation of Iraq? Should all US citizens be cut off from banks and paypal because of occupation of Iraq?
