was the election fair? there were allegations of voting fraud. were all candidates included? the only question with a firm 'yes' answer is the second one. either way, I don't care who voted for Putin now
you're right I've never focused my attention much on that region (can tell you anything about West Africa and the Caribbean tho) but at this point, I don't find the blame game useful. I want civilians on both sides of the conflict to be ok and for this to end
