Many tubes get kicked from the SERPs because of their (German Youth Media Protection) requests.
Itīs a known thing.
Very bad Google is helping them!
Then your domain disappears from the SERPs, you just have to change your domain name and after 2-3 weeks you get your rank back slowly.
Of course, inform Google about your domain change.
If you are lucky, thatīs it. But maybe they will request the de-indexing another time and a 3rd time
Itīs a cat and mouse game you eventually can win, because they just give up after few attempts.....
But itīs stupid because you "lose" good domains who keep being de-indexed by Google.
