90% cannot take normal/regular flights because
1 - They receive an Asylum visa at border with refugee status which is not good to fly out from Poland.
2 - To fly now in Europe a valid proof of vaccine is needed or a PCR test which are valid for 48 hours and most Ukrainians crossing border don't have.
Only way out at the moment are special trains that Czech Railways provide and they run twice daily from Medyka to Praha and or buses that carry them from border into some Polish towns.
There are trains now to and from Lviv to some Czechia cities that bypass the border this trains will run 2 times daily until conditions will allow it.
