Being completely honest, you are really overthinking it, and as such will probably not even ever get started. No need to look for some 'apprenticeship' that doesn't exist... Just get on and do it yourself - The 'Punk Ethos'...
Get some camera equipment - A few iPhones will do to start with, book a model, and off you go. It REALLY is that simple.

OK, that WAS over 10 years ago, and tbf, the info was on the older side when I posted it... But it's still good today! You say know how to build a basic website, and how to join up some pieces of video etc... That's all you need to know! Just DO IT!
In the post I made about it, remember, that was BEFORE social media. So these days, instead of looking for forums, you have twitter, you have reddit, you have facebook, you have instagram etc etc etc, and provided you tone down the explicitness of what you post, you can reach millions of potential customers, with just a few mouse clicks. Much easier than when I was shooting...
Just book a girl, film some stuff, see what you can do with it, then do it again. Thats the way to do it in the UK in 2022
