It depends what the pics were for. If it was for an investigation then so be it but for any other purposes it's a bit freaky!
I know in Britain they are thinking of using those camera fones to send SMS pic messages to surgeons at hospitals so they can make an early assessment of potential injuries saving time when the victims come to hospital!
