Regardless of what you may think of BrassMonkey (BM love the avatar BTW), and his or her contributions to this forum, there are far too many people
that are worse. And with 69K posts we can deduct that BrassMonkey clearly has a lot of time on his or her hands
, we do not know as fact that he or she has A/C. While living in the Palm Springs area, where it can reach 117 F, I learned that local building codes require heating but not A/C. J.C., looks like I have been spending way too much time on here as well
