We do, through Geico. It came in handy recently as our Pug had some sort of anxiety attack and literally scratched his eyes out. One had to be removed, and the other has very limited function. This happened on the weekend, so we had to use the Emergency Vet while always costs 50% more than the regular vet. 100% covered by insurance, I think our deductible is $150.
I also have a cheap plan that covers 1 wellness visit a year and $4000 for emergencies. That costs me $23 a month. The wellness visit alone is $200, so it works out.
