Selling a review site that has 100% organic traffic. The following is the net profits for the past three years:

2019: $257,580
2020: $255,633
2021: $255,658

1 Qtr 2022: $65,644

I'm selling the site for $750,000 which is a little under 3X annual profits. I could sell it with a broker for 3.5X, but selling it here is a win-win. I get more profit and you pay less.
