7-10% of all Ukrainian prostitutes were HIV+ only officially. When I say "officially", I mean those who were forced to do a HIV test by a police order (we have similar practices in Russia). So the actual % of HIV positives among Ukrainian sex workers is much higher.
Right before the past Euro championship in the Ukraine, I read in the UK newspapers that about 1 of 4 was HIV+ in 2012.
