Netherlands maybe Lelystad, Amersfoort, Hilversum, Zwolle or way North to leeuwarden most houses available. But you need the refugee route to get social housing within a few years, else you must rent in private sector (800 euro and more + 150 energy + 50 internet). If you are refugee and get a big social house you pay around 750 euro, but the government also pays around 250 for you if you dont make enough money. That would be the econmic best route for Holland, become jobless, social wellfare, get a cheap house. And than find work or start a company. Else you only qualify for expensive houses when you already have a job. Than you are working, but not making more money cause you have to pay for everything.

The longer you wait, the longer the waiting list. Cause everyone is looking for houses, when a house is for sale it is sold within 2 weeks. Social housing cost in amsterdam and other cities 5 - 20 years, except if you are refugee.. A refugee could with some luck get a house for 750 a month you would normally pay 1500 - 2500 or more in private sector in for example Hilversum. The government won't support you with the 750 euro rent when you have a good job, but 750 is better than 1500.. Also when you have a job you pay around 400 euro insurance for a family, on social welfare only 150.
Thanx for detailed information man, it will help a lot to make the final decision!
