One of the biggest drawbacks of your software is that you only integrate with CCBill. You should dramatically expand your horizons on this and add support for other payment processors, such as Vendo, Epoch, Crypto. In this day and age, you should also integrate with NATS.
Another important thing is customizability. You should separate UX/UI from the core functionality so people can customize/skin/theme their sites more easily. Doing so will also allow your customers to rely on you for important updates while not needing to worry about breaking their designs.
