Trust me that there's no shortage of people needing size 60 pants in Saudi Arabia.

I've also lived in Europe and to be honest most European nations are about as
obese as Americans. You might not find XXL junk food sizes but groceries are
cheap and heavy with sauces and sugar.

Plus there's a hell of a lot of really cheap booze in Europe and highly functional alcoholism
is pretty much common culture in all the 27 European nations. And alcohol destroys
your health and it'll make you fat.
