Paxum payment delays, is it just me?

I went for a USD wire transfer 20 days ago.

Still I'm in the 'processing' phase.

Wrote to them then got:

'Kindly be advised that our banking partner is currently experiencing delays in processing transactions in USD.

We can assure you that they are working as fast as possible to resume the normal processing times but sadly we cannot provide you with an exact timeframe right now.'


10 days is enough for red lights to go off, even less, but 20 and counting

Anybody else had any issues like this?
