Yeah, well unfortunately if he has a canadian incorporation, it wouldn't matter much. For that matter, if he's a Canadian citizen, and the material was taken in Canada, he can still be prosecuted, and the Canadian government can have him extradited back for trial. It's been done before
I don't want to see it happen, but the more extreme content I see them post, the more I see that as an inevitable conclusion.
