Half and half really. See, I AM getting an NHS set to begin with but that still costs £280 - However I'm only using them for 6 months. The reason for the 6 months is to 'align' the gums. Once the gums have been 'shaped' by the NHS pair, then its private all the way, for 4 Studs to be inserted in my newly shaped gums, and then a clip in / clip out set of highly realistic teeth to be made and fitted. Same as
