It is funny how (in France at least) parents are being hold responsible if a teenager bullies/harass someone, while they are not under their supervision.
Meanwhile, for their usual scapegoats, strangely, it is no more the parents.
It is the video games, it is the system, violence on TV (never stupid programs with idiotic plots), it is the porn websites, it is the tabacco industry (but not peer preasure), rap music, violent music and so on and so on...
