Point a - yes, I am a risk averse person. You can't rely on lawyers to manage risk like this, you have to do it yourself. Actually that's basically true of everything. Only the stupid rich rely on their lawyers and don't delve into understanding their undertakings. I know a few like this who have lost a LOT of money through theft and simple stupidity. It's known as the "agency problem" of letting someone with different incentives make decisions for you.
Point b - I see why you would think this. But it's part of the challenge that's fun. I have a few sugar babies that I've met through various websites, and it requires going through a bunch of bullshit profiles to find the right ones. It's not like I can just pay more and get what I want because I'll get a bunch of hardcore gold diggers which I don't want. So you put in the legwork and it's fun. And as much as I love the idea that I could just point someone at the problem and give them money, I don't know a person like this. The idea a lawyer could do it is laughable. I wouldn't trust my lawyer to book my vacation. I barely trust my PA to do it, she does the execution but the research etc I do because it won't get done right otherwise.
And of course I use protonmail. It's anonymous and encrypted. You expect me to use my real email address, are you nuts?
Finally I'm no billionaire. But I'm not a millionaire either, my net worth is in the tens of millions.
Anyway. I assume you want to be rich and as out of touch with reality as you imagine rich people to be. I'd just suggest to you that you probably won't get rich if you really think life works this way.
