Here's what I do when I'm home & need to cool myself down.
Run your head under cold tap for 10 seconds...once you take your head out from the tap, water will run down your back adding to the cooldown. This is basically a much tamer version of doing something (more effective) like jumping in a lake. It's just a quick way to cool down. It's important the water is nice and cold. Also drink a lot of water aswell. Stupidly simple but it does help when its hot as shit.
