Most are paying $5000+ per month just on rent alone.
Then there are employee costs probably another $5000/month.
Then they are required to get insurance for the business $1000/month.
Then there is electric, dumpster, phone, internet, etc.
Don’t forget advertising and marketing costs.
One billboard will cost you over $1000 per month.
Over $150,000 per year in expenses to lease one fixed spot which can’t be accessed worldwide like a domain name.
This $150,000+ per year expense is a fixed expense and you will have to pay whether you sell any items in your store or not.
Buying my domain names for only $50,000 is a no brainer if you want to be in this space.
