Anybody else having to re-verify paxum?

Looks like they started using a new provider (jumio) for KYC requirements and I had to re-do my ID along with a face scan. I don't mind doing this stuff since I'm legitimately using the service and have nothing to hide.

Just curious if anyone else is experiencing this right now? My funds are on hold till they re-confirm my ID.
