I assumed it was common knowledge that models use bot traffic to boost their placement, so much money on the table use whatever tools you have access to to get a competitive edge.
Just yesterday I came across a bot seller that guarantees google analytics counting, adsense safe, guaranteed bounce and time on site traffic for quite an economical price.
Like I said huge numbers in play so it's not inconceivable that models would try this.
