before that I requested in GBP, which they cancelled and said to request in EURO.

We know that companies need to follow rules etc, but they should convey new rules to us while implementing..

Same issue , it’s quite annoying that now we need to wait unknown period of time for a further manual wire approval. I feel pity on myself for using them.
