Paxum are Just Making me Fool

I Withdraw my fund on 06/08/2022 and still didn't get in my bank
see how they are making me fool
at first, they told me the transaction is in the process
then next day they told me the transaction is done and pending from my bank's end I went to my bank and ask about it, and they told me we don't have any incoming wire in your AC
then I replay to Paxum the same thing so they change their statement, in the next mail they told me the transaction is pending from our side and we are working on it,
and I am asking them for wire trace details but they are not ready to give me that detail,
and after a long time on 08/09/2022, I got mail that the transaction is already validated from Paxum side and they are asking me to charge for 45 EUR to recall the wire, funny this is the transaction still showing pending in Paxum account, and the app
so you can understand how they are playing with my money
I don't understand what to do,
the last way I will take legal action on Paxum as per the above details its 100% clear they are doing fraud on me
