Now people are negative, till they forbid them to enter a bar or go on holiday without CO2-Pass.
And if you don't want that pass; you are a fascist that want to destroy the world.
We have seen that before..
And that that meant poor people could sell that budget to people that want to use more co2 to make some money.
In practice; elita can travel, working class stay home making money for the elite.
After a Corona QR code, next there will be the CO2 QR-Pass.
