So it seems you are saying that PornDude agreed to post your dofillow link on his well established 'Hall of Fame' page which has good metrics already, in exchange for money.
And instead he simply created a new page (with no link juice at all) and added your link there? Is this what you are trying to say?
It's hard to figure out what you are communicating here. If that is the case, did you ask him about it and try to resolve the issue? What did he say?
